This is the story behind this piece. I woke up one morning and as soon as my feet touched the floor Detroit Rock City was playing in my head. I have not heard the song since my teenage years and I could not get it out of my mind all day. So I decided to watch the video of KISS performing this song over and over again. Something caught my eye, and it was their costumes. So I decided to create an art sculpture.
